150KM Ride

150 km, not quite 200 but longer than 100. So you need a new challenge, but you are not up to doubling your efforts, try the 150km ride.  It will make your legs do something new.  It will make your body get out of the 100 km rut.  It will get you  ready for the 200KM Brevet.  You will need to take food, water, energy drink and some friends.  Be at Doug's Spoke N Sport Saturday May 12th at 9 am to join a few friends on a new distance.  You can do it.  We have extended all the 100 km routes so you will see new roads, new scenery, and new faces.  You are welcome to attend this challenging event.
