Thursday Night Training is a set of fun fitness building cycling workouts to improve cycling ability and overall fitness.
TNT includes:
•    Group support in the workout
•    Workouts on the bike and on the road
•    Varying location and workouts
•    Pre-planned and posted workouts
•    Informational sessions so you get the most out of your riding.

TNT Information:
•    Thursday Nights, May 1st – August 28th
•     6:30PM German Concordia Club
•    Monthly time trial to measure self progress
•    Open to all Horizon 100 Cycling Club Members

TNT Information Sessions:
•    April 30th, 6:30 – 7:15 PM, Doug’s Spoke'N Sport, “How to get the most out of your intervals”.
•    May 8th, 6:30-7:15PM, “Body Movement on Bike and Bike Fit”; Time trial to follow.
